Special Requirements
Cambridge Assessment English aims to ensure that every candidate is treated fairly and objectively and that they are given optimal conditions to take their exams.
We have a number of ways to help people taking their exams who need special arrangements due to temporary or long-term difficulties or conditions. For example, special arrangements might be available for you if you have a broken arm, or you have a long-term illness, or a specific learning difficulty.
Special arrangements are available for people with:
- visual difficulties
- hearing or speaking difficulties
- learning difficulties
Some of the special arrangements we can offer include:
- 25% extra time
- Separate invigilation
- Supervised breaks during the examination
- Use of a Computer
- Enlarged print
If you require special arrangements to undertake your exam, please contact us as soon as possible and before the registration closing date.
